Professional Consultation ~ Clinical consultation, treatment planning, and program design from a holistic perspective for individuals and families

Classes and Workshops


Founded in Shakti Rising’s 9 Gates Model of Transformation, classes teach an embodied practice of personal growth that result in increased self-awareness, self-acceptance, and willingness to change. Courses help you create more balance and harmony and discover your inner wisdom and knowledge.

 

Transformation 101 ~ This course is designed to teach you how to best nurture and support yourself, build authentic relationships, and obtain skills to redirect and thrive with overwhelming situations and feelings. 

 

Transformation 201 ~ Deepen your connection with what matters most to you! This course will deepen your exploration and experience of key topics from Transformation 101, strengthen your circle of support with other women, and enliven your creative spirit.

 

Skills for the Journey ~ Created specifically for women; in this course you will explore the history of your behaviors. Through the use of meditation, partnered sharing, introspection, and energetic techniques you will increase self-awareness and compassion for yourself and develop skills to change long standing patterns.

 

9 Gates Model of Transformation ~ The foundation for all Shakti Rising services; this therapeutic course provides you with a deeper connection to yourself and your life purpose.
